4-6 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz sour cream

1 lb Vintage Meadows chorizo sausage

1 small onion, chopped

1 sweet pepper, chopped

2 C shredded cheddar cheese

tortilla chips



In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well and spread evenly in a 9x9 baking pan.

Brown chorizo in a medium frying pan and add onion, and pepper.  Layer chorizo mixture on top of creamy mixture.  Top with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.  Serve hot with tortilla chips and salsa!
