Creamy Avocado Dip


  • 4 large avocados, halved and pitted

  • ¾ C. VINTAGE MEADOWS raw, sour cream

  • 2 T. lemon or lime juice

  • ½ tsp. garlic salt (more or less to taste)


Mash everything together with a fork, or a wand blender works best for a smooth, creamy texture.  Add your choice of optional ingredients if desired.  Serve with organic tortilla chips, chicken quesadillas, or fresh veggies. Healthy & delish!
Optional:  12 chopped cherry tomatoes, 2 T. fresh chopped cilantro, 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced, ½ C. diced onion
