Farmer Ryan with our trusty Kubota, moving the cattle onto fresh pasture.
Our ordering system is designed as an all-inclusive membership package! Our desire here at Vintage Meadows is to provide you with not only premium products, but excellent service as well. Part of that service is making sure our user-friendly, online store provides you with a stress-free experience. Click on the expanders to read more about what’s included in the membership.
-
You will notice we don’t charge any shipping or handling fees for delivery customers. We believe this keeps the ordering process as streamlined as possible.
-
All members have free access to browse and buy any of our amazing dairy products! We’re talking nutritious and delicious milk, cream, butter, cheese, and more, all unpasteurized and unhomogenized! Previously, these items were only available to those who paid extra, but now they’re easily available to everyone!
-
During the sign-up process, our buying club policy requires all new members, or returning customers with inactive accounts, to sign and date a Membership and Share Agreement. This simply ensures the distribution/purchase of our exclusive farm-direct-to-consumer products stays legal (pardon the legalese, it’s just protocol).
A $35 annual membership fee will automatically be charged to your card when you sign up, and is renewable one year from the date of your initial sign up. You will be notified when your membership is up for renewal, at which point you’ll have the option to accept or decline. Declining will terminate your membership and ordering privileges will be lost.
-
There is a $30 order minimum on delivery orders.
Vintage Meadows Membership Agreement
Welcome to VINTAGE MEADOWS!
Welcome to Vintage Meadows! We're a privately owned, family-operated buying club dedicated to connecting families with real food, raised by farmers they know and trust. As a member, you'll have the unique opportunity to purchase high-quality, farm-direct foods straight from our farm. Take a moment and get to know us - feel free to explore our website at vintagemeadows.farm!
We value transparency, integrity, and building lasting relationships with the families we serve. To become a member, all new applicants must review and sign the following Membership and Share Agreement, which helps ensure the legal distribution and purchase of our exclusive farm-direct products.
A $35 annual membership fee is required upon approval. Each year on your membership anniversary, you'll have the opportunity to renew or decline your membership.
Your membership provides access to our carefully curated selection of farm products, including 100% grass-fed beef, pasture-raised pork, chicken, turkey, lamb, eggs, fermented foods, and our selection of unpasteurized, unhomogenized dairy products, including milk, cream, butter, yogurt, kefir, and more.
Product availability may vary depending on your selected fulfillment method. Members choosing farm pickup or community pickup locations have access to our full product selection whenever possible, while shipping members will see a carefully selected collection of products that can be shipped safely without compromising quality. Your online store will automatically display the products available for your chosen fulfillment method.
There are no ordering quotas or point systems, you simply order what you want, when you want.
PLEASE NOTE: According to the State of Indiana, unpasteurized dairy products are not considered safe for human consumption.
Ordering & Fulfillment
Vintage Meadows offers multiple ways to receive your order, including farm pickup, community pickup locations, and shipping to select service areas. Available fulfillment options are based on your location and can be selected when placing your order.
Some fulfillment methods require a minimum order amount. Farm pickup has no order minimum, while Chicago-area pickup locations and shipping orders require a $30 minimum purchase.
Simple, Honest Shipping
At Vintage Meadows, we believe in transparent pricing. Instead of increasing product prices to cover shipping costs, we keep our food prices honest and charge shipping separately.
Our shipping rates are simple:
$3 per item
$30 minimum shipping charge
$50 maximum shipping charge per order
No hidden fees—just straightforward pricing and reliable delivery.
Shipping Product Availability
To ensure your food arrives in excellent condition, our shipping program features a carefully selected collection of products that can travel safely while maintaining the quality you expect from Vintage Meadows.
Because some products are highly perishable, temperature-sensitive, fragile, or restricted by shipping regulations, not every product available for farm or pickup orders can be shipped. As our shipping program continues to grow, we'll expand the shipping selection whenever it's possible to do so without compromising quality.
Your online store will automatically display the products available for your selected fulfillment method, so you'll only see items that can be safely shipped to your area.
Payment
Payment is processed 1–2 days before your scheduled pickup, delivery, or shipment using your selected payment method. We accept most major credit cards and e-checks.*
Please keep your contact information and payment methods up to date. Orders with unpaid or declined payments may be delayed, canceled, or result in temporary suspension of your membership until resolved.
*E-check payments are subject to applicable fees if returned or declined.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be edited or canceled by logging into your account anytime during the open ordering window (Monday at 10:00 AM through Sunday at 11:00 PM).
After the order deadline, our team begins preparing each order by weighing meats, ordering fresh products, and assembling custom selections. If a cancellation is unavoidable after the deadline, we can issue a refund minus a $30 restocking fee.
Pickup & Delivery
If you're unable to pick up your order during the scheduled pickup window, please contact your pickup host as soon as possible to arrange an alternate pickup time. Your host's contact information is included in your order confirmation email. You are also welcome to have a friend or family member pick up your order on your behalf.
Once an order has been picked up, delivered, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or refunded. If alternate arrangements are not made within 24 hours of delivery to a pickup location, the order will be considered abandoned and may become the property of the pickup host.
VINTAGE MEADOWS CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND SHARE AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself and spouse and immediate family (“Member”), hereby apply for a membership share (“Share”) in the Vintage Meadows cooperative, (the “Co-op”), and tender the sum of $35 for an annual Share in the Co-op. Shares in the Co-op may be renewed yearly, and approval for a Share is subject to the Discretion of Ryan or Katrina Schrock (“Co-op Managers”), or his/her designee.
I hereby affirm that my intent in applying for a share in the Co-op is to obtain raw milk, raw dairy and other direct-from-the-farm products including but not limited to eggs, beef, poultry, lamb, pork and other products which are available through the Co-op’s participation in herd and flock leases and other farm product arrangements. My wish is to combine with others who share my interests, and in consideration of the promises and covenants of other members of the Co-op, I affirm that my application for a Share in the Co-op is not and shall not become, an effort, so as to undermine the common interests of other Co-op members as described above, by any participation in governmental monitoring, enforcement or other activities or otherwise.
If approved, this Share in the Co-op will entitle the undersigned to share in that certain “Female Bovine Herd-Lease and Boarding contract” as from time to time in effect between the Co-op and Forest Grove Dairy (the “Farms”), and other similar farm lease and other agreements into which the Co-op may, from time to time, enter with producers of raw milk, raw dairy, eggs and other farm products produced by other members of the Co-op. Such agreements represent leases by the Co-op of the animals in question (dairy cattle for milk, laying chickens for eggs, beef cattle for beef, hogs for pork, etc) and require annual Initial Lease Payments by the Co-op and periodic Lease/Boarding Payments made in connection with delivery of farm products. These payments are made partly from the proceeds of the annual Share fee described in the first paragraph of this Agreement, together with periodic Boarding Fees and other payments made for services under the various leases. As such, all such payments for farm products do not represent sales, but are lease payments for Boarding and for delivery and other services rendered by the Co-op and the farmers under the respective leases and this Membership Share Agreement. I agree that I will not sell any raw milk, or raw dairy, or any other product obtained under this Share Membership to any person. I understand that from time to time, scarcity may occur due to weather or other circumstances concerning various direct-from-the-farm products, and by my signature below I hereby delegate to the Co-op Manager or his/her designee, the right and authority to manage the allocation of such products.
In consideration of the promises made by other Co-op Members, the undersigned hereby acknowledges that the personal choices made concerning food and nutrition may carry risks to both humans and animals, and considering such risks, the undersigned agrees not to bring any complaint, or testify against the farm, the Co-op or any other Co-op Member in any governmental trial, hearing or proceeding whatsoever. The undersigned also agrees to indemnify the Farms, the Co-op or any other Co-op Member against any claim that arises out of or relates in any way to (1) any handling, processing, consumption, or use of any milk or dairy product made from the milk produced by the leased herd after it has been retrieved or otherwise obtained by the undersigned or any other farm product obtained through the Co-op and/or (2) the visit by any person that undersigned brings to or causes to visit the Farms or any premises where the leased herd is located.
