Vision Statement
Our vision is Loving People Through the Place of Vintage Meadows. Every space on the farm, every event we are a part of, every product we offer for sale, is designed to honor the people that we come in contact with. We believe that every human has value and is worthy of love.
Our values include:
Purposeful Work.
We will provide and engage with work that honors all life, the life in our soil, plants, animals, people. We will not support activities that dishonor life.
Purposeful Rest.
We will stop our labors to purposefully care for our bodies, minds, emotions and spirits and seek to provide space for others to join us. We recognize that good things need to give way at times for the important things.
Peace.
We will receive and celebrate that peace that comes from a rested mind that is satisfied with the effective use of time and space. We seek to provide places where a mind and body can be completely at ease in a space that is altogether real and altogether human.

Being confident in our motives and application of the values we believe in, we will cultivate a culture of positivity, trusting the people around us to steward honorably the relationships we develop.
