How to buy

Determine which option is most convenient for you:

  • FARM PICKUP: Place an order for pickup at our farm every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Set up an account in our online store by clicking on the SHOP NOW button. Orders are due Sundays at 11 p.m. Our farm is not a retail establishment or open for sales to the general public. All orders must be placed ahead of time.

  • PICKUP LOCATIONS: If you're in Northwest Indiana or suburban Chicago, place an order for pickup at one of our host locations (browse locations and a list of products HERE). Set up an account in our online store by clicking on the SHOP NOW button. Orders are due by Saturday at 12 noon and delivered the following week.

How Our Online Store Works

Sign Up or Log In

Click HERE to create an account. Our Membership Package allows you to purchase all of our products and costs $35/year.

Choose a Location

Once you’ve completed the sign up process, you’re ready to place your first order. Choose a pickup location that is most convenient for you. If the pick up time doesn't coordinate with your schedule, but it's the only site near you, please contact us and let us know. Our hosts may be able to arrange a more convenient time for you.

The calendar below gives a detailed schedule of all our pickup locations. All orders must be placed before the order deadline.

Place an Order

Select your products and add them to your shopping cart. Please read the product descriptions carefully. Click on the “more info” tab to see additional info and ingredients. Proceed to checkout and continue through the payment process. After the purchase is completed you will receive an ESTIMATED ORDER CONFIRMATION email listing the pickup location address, pickup time, host contact information, and pickup instructions. You can add more products until the final order deadline on Saturday or Sunday by logging in to your account and clicking "Edit Order.” Don't forget to click on the FINISH tab to make sure your order is updated.

Pick up Your Order

FARM PICKUP: Arrive at our farm sometime between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Enter the west driveway and pull up to the dock by the red building. We will be there greet you and load your order into your car.

PICKUP LOCATIONS: We deliver your order to the pickup locations, carefully packed in insulated totes. We then organize the totes in alphabetical order on racks - usually outdoors or in a garage. Remove your products from the totes and place the ice packs in the designated bin. Please do not take them with you. Bring a bag to transfer your products into.

Be sure to check your order receipt to ensure you have all your products. If anything is missing, please contact the location host before leaving. If the host is unavailable, email info@vintagemeadows.farm and we will work with you to resolve the problem.

Cancellation/Unpaid Orders

After placing an order, you can delete it at any time, up until the final order deadline. The total amount due is charged to customers’ primary payment method on Wednesday (on the same week of delivery or pick up). Please keep your payment methods updated and remove unused cards. You will get an email notice if your payment fails; if this happens please reach out immediately to complete the payment. We are not able to deliver unpaid orders.
