For more than a decade, Sulla has been part of the Vintage Meadows Farm community. What started as a conversation at the Goshen farmers market grew into a lasting relationship — and even helped spark the beginning of our Homer Glen drop site.
But over the past year, Sulla and her husband Jason have faced a series of unexpected health challenges. After Sulla was diagnosed with Lupus, the couple had to walk away from plans to open a restaurant they had been working toward. Then just weeks ago, Jason suffered a heart attack that required open-heart surgery and the placement of an internal defibrillator.
Through our Pay It Forward program, our community now has an opportunity to step in and help support their family during this difficult season.
